A group of Bangladeshi students and young professionals living in the Boston area got together to sketch the initial design of the project. They were later joined by a few more intersted individuals from other parts of the USA and from Bangladesh. The core team consists of a few volunteers from the USA and a project coordinator based in Bangladesh, which is working in partnership with student-volunteers from different universities in Bangladesh. The current composition of the teams, based on their geographic locations, is as follows:
